Coloured labels on a job, the board and search results. Add one by hand with + Flag on the job, or let it add itself.
- Self Generated: add it by hand when the rep found the job themselves. It pays the higher commission rate (7%).
- Warranty flags (Golden Pledge, Silver Pledge, System Plus, and one for every warranty you list in Settings): added for the warranty on the option the customer signs. Only that one, so Golden and Silver never mix.
- Material flags (GAF Shingles, Diamond Roof …): added when what was sold mentions their keywords.
Set them up in Settings → Job flags: name, colour, keywords, and whether to look at anything sold or only the warranty picked. After changing keywords, click Check every signed job again.
