- The site won’t load at work but works at home
- Your workplace network or firewall may be blocking it. Try on your phone’s data; if that works, ask your IT person to allow w-inprogress.com, or tell us your work’s internet address.
- I can’t see prices or profit
- Your level doesn’t include them (crews and subs never see prices; net profit is for Admin / Managers). Ask an Admin / Manager.
- A menu item is missing
- Its module may be switched off (Settings → Modules), or your level doesn’t include it.
- The worksheet’s sub pay is $0
- Enter the measurements and pitch and press Save; check the rules in Settings → Pricing & sub pay apply to that job (storeys, material list).
- Satellite view says it needs a Google key
- An Admin / Manager adds it in Settings → Roof measuring. Until then, upload a screenshot and set the scale.
- Net profit looks wrong
- Check the job’s costs page: every crew member needs a cost per hour (Team), materials need what was really paid, and sub invoices must be entered.
- Commission is 0 for a month
- Sales that month didn’t pass the monthly goal (plus anything carried forward). See the rep’s month-by-month page.
- The customer didn’t get the email
- Check their email address on the estimate or invoice, ask them to look in junk mail, or use Make a link and text it.
