Your subscription is $25 a month for each office login and $2 a month for each crew member or subcontractor. Customers are free. Only people who can sign in count, so Stop access on someone stops their charge from the next invoice.
- About a week before your free trial ends, the owner gets an email saying what it will cost.
- The day the trial ends, your first monthly invoice is emailed (to the owner, or the billing email Work InProgress has for you). Your team keeps working as normal.
- Pay it by Interac e-Transfer to the email address on the invoice, and put the invoice number (e.g. WIP-01001) in the message. Auto-deposit is on, so there’s no security question.
- Once the payment is matched (usually within a business day), the invoice shows Paid and you get a receipt by email.
Billing in the menu (Admin / Managers and staff) shows your monthly price, what’s owing, how to pay, and every invoice; click one to open or print it. A new invoice comes each month. If one is past due you’ll get reminder emails; an account that stays unpaid can be paused, but your owner can always still open Billing to pay, and nothing is ever deleted.
